The search of the missing fireman from Seribu Islands Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-Department that allegedly drowned when snorkeling in Tanjung Pengantin, Panggang Island Urban Village, officially stopped last Saturday.

Head of Operation and Rescue Section for Seribu Islands Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-Department, Sudarno stated, the search stopping has officially been told to the victim's family.

" The search is officially stopped, but our officers keep sweeping islands around Pramuka ," he stated, Monday (10/5).

According to him, the sweeping keeps being conducted in Pramuka, Karang Beras, Air, Semak Daun, and Tidung Islands in the morning and afternoon.

"This is as the instruction of the regent and responsibility to the family that until now are still in Pramuka Island participating to monitor the search of the missing victim," he disclosed.
